Every time I go threw the drive threw my order is messed up. Literally EVERY time! The food Taste like it’s been sitting out for hours. I hope they are not being over paid!

Went for a quick lunch today. Our onion rings burned while the cook was more interested in her cell phone. They were understanding when we didn't want them and let us swap for fries.

Stopped in there a few days ago and was severely disappointed! There were maybe 4 or 5 workers, taking drive thru orders, making dairy queen treats & working in the kitchen. After standing at the order counter for at least 5 minutes with workers looking right at us, not even one acknowledged that my wife & I were there. They had no other customers inside, with the parking lot empty. We've never experienced that kind of lack of service & disrespect there before or at ANY other Dairy Queen elsewhere. We love Dairy Queen, but we're done with that location! Sorry, but this location is in dire need of a qualified manager/supervisor.

1-28-20Great location! DQ is always good but this location is really nice! Hannah S. Is great! Very upbeat and helpful! She greeted us with a smile and a big " welcome to Dairy Queen! " when we walked in, took our order, brought it to our table and thanked us when we were leaving. Because of our experience here we will definitely be back soon!

Fast and friendly service and tasty ice cream

They never get our order right and we always have to wait a really long time. We have given them more than enough chances. I will no longer be going to this Dairy Queen.

Do not go to this location. I absolutely love Dairy Queen but I’ve taken my granddaughter there twice in the last week. We’ve ordered the same thing both times and each time instead of receiving the hamburger with mayo only as requested we receive a hamburger with mustard ketchup and pickles. This time we also received a sprite that was just carbonated water. The girl at the drive thru window was ridiculously rude!

Second year in a row my Birthday 🎂 Treat has come from here, the PB Blizzard!! When you’re at PCB and there’s not a cloud in the sky & temps hitting the high 90s w/ humidity to match, on your BD, you just need something yummy & cold to finish off your fantastic day! And 2 years running this DQ has come through for me. Convenient, Clean, Quick—my Blizzard this year was a bit short filled, and they didn’t offer to put a tops on cups, although it was a to/go order, and they were not busy. So, I have to say customer service / training for front line could be improved upon. 🎂😊

I was very dissatisfied at the Dairy Queen it took them 28 minutes to get my food so me for I can see there was only two people work at the store the young man that took my order the same as Austin he was doing his best to work the cash register and make the sandwiches while the lady running the friar who was spending more time on her cell phone that she was trying to take care of the customers and to make matters worse she was taking the Purcell phone in and out of her back pocket ex still handling the food item without putting on gloves that is unacceptable by itself

Nice friendly staff. Clean through the place includes bathroom. Food was good.

First time visiting this location. It was packed, full of people waiting on their dessert. We ate a burger/fries and also had a treat, I tried their new Summer Berry Cake Cupfection.... it's pretty good I'm just not a fan of the frozen berries (blueberries/blackberries) they don't taste authentic. Other than that it's your basic vanilla ice cream with bits of cake. My husband got his usual, their reese's blizzard. Can't go wrong with that. Service was good, better than other locations I've visited.

They were friendly. I was surprised when they served my food to me . It was a friendly gesture. No obligation that I know of. But it was nice because he didn't have too do that.

Staff, particularly the manager (I’m assuming he’s management, medium length brown hair, middle aged gentleman), are always pleasant. I would take my son after school on Fridays and they would recognize and greet him. Clean building, great atmosphere.

I’ll have to say there’s some competition for DQ in Panama City Beach, from monkey lick ice cream to Hershey’s - DQ just wasn’t on their game the night we stopped by. Ice creams made at different times for our order so some were melted some we were waiting on. Normally DQ is good so let’s just say service wasn’t clicking this night. (Pier Park Marble Slab Creamery- best I found)

This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. The facilities were very clean. The food was good. But the best part was the service we received from whom, I assume, is the manager. We were having a “morning” and couldn’t seem to figure out our order or what we wanted and changed at the last minute a couple times, even after they started making it. But he smiled, assured me all was fine, changed to what we wanted and tried to accommodate us as best he could. He didn’t even let me pay the price difference for what we changed to. I could tell his employs respect him and I admired his interaction with them. We received a cheerful farewell when we left. We will choose to eat here when we are in the area and hungry for ice cream and burgers from now on.

French fries are great. Hot and tasty. Hot fudge sundae has lots of nuts.

They are really good!! I had to wait around 20 minutes for my food but when it came out it was hot and fresh! It was about 2:30 p.m. when I came so they were making fresh items because of the lunch rush that came through. I got the $6 lunch which includes 3 chicken strips (you can ask for gravy and they will give you a small cup for free), French Fries, a drink and a dessert. You can pay an extra $1 to get a Blizzard with your meal which is what I did. I think they have some of the best ice cream on the beach! I tried the Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard and it was SO GOOD! All of the employees were nice too. The restaurant was clean and has lots of seating, even outside seating. Overall, I had a very nice visit! Thank you!

Food was good. Employees were nice. My order was wrong b/c I specialized it but it was quickly fixed.

They take forever every time. No matter how many people are in line. The drive through worker was hanging out of the window talking to the customer and when they finished the convo, the car pulled off without receiving any food.

ordered the flaming burger and I get back home take two bites into the burger and it's pink the meat is not cooked all the way through. Not to mention i had to wait for my food to come out so i dont understand why the cooks couldnt take their time with the food. Train your cooks better Dairy Queen and fix this mistake!

Sat in line on a Friday night for 20 minutes only to get to the order speaker to be told they had no ice cream! Dairy Queen had no ice cream! At least 15 cars in line with no way to get out of line or go around and nobody thought to make a sign saying there was NO ice cream!
